About Us
Smalls Unclaimed Mail is a locally owned store in Henrico, Virginia, where the inventory is ever-changing, the prices are honest, and the shopping feels like a treasure hunt.
The name comes from the auction term for small individual items, and doubles as a tribute to the owner's favorite childhood film, The Sandlot. We opened in 2021 with one goal: give quality goods a second life and let our customers be the ones to find them.
Located at Merchants Walk Shopping Center on Broad St, we're open seven days a week. Stop in and see what's new, because at Smalls Unclaimed Mail, you never quite know what you'll find.
At Smalls, you'll find an incredible range of products. In addition, we have a curated Boutique section that showcases an array of items, including designer clothing, accessories, higher-end electronics, home goods, collectibles, and so much more. We believe there's something for everyone within our diverse inventory.
Come and explore Smalls, where affordability meets quality and randomness becomes a delightful shopping experience.
Mission Statement
Smalls Unclaimed Mail was built with purpose. We source our entire inventory through secondary markets, keeping quality goods in circulation and out of landfills, while creating local jobs and offering our customers genuine value. It's a better way to do business, and we're committed to it.
Our founder, Andrew, carries that same sense of purpose into his passion for America's National Parks. A dedicated nature photographer, Andrew captures the wildlife and landscapes of these remarkable places in his personal time. His photography is displayed throughout the store and available for purchase in a variety of sizes, printed in-house by Andrew at up to 44 inches wide.
All photo proceeds are donated to the National Park Foundation. By printing in-house, we keep costs low and donations high. It's a small thing that makes a real difference, which is very much the Smalls way.
